Tweed Recycled is a 100% recycled yarn. The yarn is made from both waste from yarn production and garments that have been broken down into fibers again.

Wool is not only insulating, but also conducts moisture away from the body and retains warmth, even when damp. Cashmere has many characteristics in common with other wools. It is light and warm, and also warms when it is damp. One of the special things about cashmere is its strength combined with softness and shine.

If washing in a machine, we recommend that all wool garments are washed separately on a wool program for the most gentle treatment. Spin well and dry the garment flat, preferably on top of a towel. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted woolen garments. This creates friction which can cause the garment to felt.
